Fixed my storm window at a reasonable price and within the time frame estimated.
Absolute waste of time and money! I have bought products from this place twice now that cost 4 times what they did anywhere else and they fell off within days of installation. I came back to try again and they just wanted to sell me whatever they had to get my money. I will never be back and will forever tell anybody looking for glass to go ANYWHERE else!
Popped in because Ace couldn't cut my glass order. Met by a friendly salesman and he said unfortunately they wouldn't be able to help due to a large job that had all the team on it. Then from out of the back came a very nice older gentleman who said sure I'll take care of it for you. Well turns out, that was the owner! Now if that doesn't scream customer service I don't know what does! I would highly recommend TNT Glass and any future needs I have will be brought to them.
