Brad and the folks at TNT are just outstanding. Brad has done just an incredible job for myself and my family. He is always coming up with new routines and knows how to push you in a good way. I cannot say enough good things. If you need someone to get you to the next step this is your guy.

Getting older and joints don't work like they should. Went to TNT Fitness and in 2 weeks, I've been able to raise my arm above shoulder with minimal pain, this was not possible prior without helping arm get above shoulder. Trainers work with you, and adjust workouts to meet your specific needs. Strongly recommend going here to get in shape and get the bones and joints moving properly. Different options for programs too. Can't say enough on what they have done in just 2 weeks
My daughter very much enjoys athlete camp here at TNT. She is challenged and enjoys seeing her monthly progress through testing. Watching performance measures change reflects the work she and her coaches are putting in. The environment is fun and supportive and she looks forward to going each week. Her sessions at TNT are helping her to work toward her AAA hockey goals.
We have been with TNT for 3 years now and I can tell you that the TNT Coaches are fully committed to offering personalized training for student athletes. Two of our daughters participate in the athlete group training which has helped build strength and most importantly confidence! Even though they are in group training, the coaches truly know each of them, reaching out to see how they can support us after injuries and even after one of of them had surgery.
