While this seems to be a family business with integrity, I have not had much luck so far with the staff putting in the care and effort to get my project done in a timely manner or with attention to detail, and I'm not quite sure why, since it has been going on for a long time and I have received repeated assurances from Tom Peterson, the owner, that they will get it done. TNT Fire Protection installed fire sprinklers in my home remodel. Due to the contractor's poor management of the project, several things went haywire with the project, including an inability for my fire sprinklers to pass inspection. The contractor kept pointing fingers at various parties, trying to say it was another person's fault, instead of taking responsibility for not managing the project properly.
