Tom passed away a month ago. So if you are trying to reach him that is why. He was a nice guy and very sad to see him go. God rest his soul.
We have not had that experience. I'm the General Manager at Get Air in Osage Beach. In the past 2 weeks we've called on TNT to help us tech issues. Tom is responsive , punctual and knowledgeable. I cannot speak to the other reviews, but I can say that our experiences have met and exceeded our expectations. Good guy.
My 91 year old father and step mother from Chez Republic went to this store because her new Toshiba laptop had a problem with camera adjustment. TNT told her that laptop computers didn't have good cameras, and that she would do better with a tower. He charged her $150.00 and took her laptop (which she paid over $600.00 for 4 months before. I have called this place several times and no one answers the phone....I would be very careful before I do business with this place Dana
