Just spoke with sales dept. She would not even give her name. I asked for my money back. Said she was giving info to mgt. They took my deposit and never built my garage. Communication stopped. I have filed with Maine Attorney General’s office..complaint to BBB. They are thieves and need to be punished.
I put deposit down. Waited 2 yrs. Reported to better business Bureau. They said they would return my deposit. We are on 3yrs waiting. Contacted better Business Bureau again and let them know,they never sent deposit back. TNT say deposits are no refunded.. They told Better Business Bureau they would refund my deposit. If you don't show up for 2yrs the deposits should be refundable. Never got my deposit back...How can they stay in business with all the bad reviews?
Yikes- I can’t even begin. This is by far the worst company from the moment they took our deposit it was one explosion after another- and we’re still waiting now 8 months later. Horrendous customer service. Steer clear, in fact RUN from this place, and order your building somewhere else.
THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS
Do NOT do business with these people. They're liars and frauds. It's been a year and a half since I placed the order and sent a deposit. Today I call to get the deposit back and they straight up lied to me and said that the contract states that if I cancel, I lose the money. It most certainly does NOT say that. They may have added that language to their contract after I ordered, but that does not affect my order. The language states the following...
