I have experienced bad service from these guys on two separate occasions. When they were on Louisville road these guys were trustworthy,reasonable people that I enjoyed taking my vehicles to get service to. Upon,this new location them seem very much untrustworthy and expensive. Took my husband's truck in to get oil change and breaks last summer. Everything was great. Fast forward to Friday and we were told around $85 for oil change, synthetic, and tire rotation. We get there and are told $132.42 after they did the work! Almost $50 more with no phone call before to let us know? The girl behind the counter was clueless vaping away in the office! It has been good in the past but this time felt like a bait and switch. I made an appointment for Friday at 930 am and spoke to a lady that told me that the estimate for my truck was about $88 for an oil change and tire rotation. They had my vehicle all day and I had to call at 3 pm to check the status and was told "Oh, I was just getting ready to call you - it's ready". Upon pickup, it wound up being $132.50. I have to give a much deserved shout out to TNT, I got an estimate the other day for them to fix my mistake when I tried to replace my coils and plugs in my jeep, told them I’d be back first of July but my car wasn’t gonna wait so I made an appointment Thursday for 11am, and I’d just started relaxing when the girl from the front desk said my car was ready, it was exactly what i tought it was and needed to have everything I replaced “torqued” the mechanic was nice enough to do an OBD scan after I’d told the girl upfront I was... read more
