Nora is the absolute best! I’ve been on a years long search for a nail salon since moving to St. Louis, and this is it. Nora is SO talented and so sweet, and she’s QUICK. Somehow she is detailed and thorough while also being fast, and that is exactly what I am looking for. She can truly do anything!
