Poor customer service and very poor quality work with this general contractor and the business partner Grand South Homes. This contractor has cut too many corners in my home, lies to me that things aren’t a problem, is almost impossible to get in touch with throughout the building process and after, the constant ongoing problems in my home and the refusal to correct them or the lie they will correct and never do.
