This company was amazing! I had a powerline down in my backyard, it was unsafe for my 6 year old daughter to go out and play. They took very good care of me and my daughter, they immediately sent out a work truck and the problem was sorted out and fixed quickly. The guys that were working on it for me were so nice and polite, very helpful. Thank you Steven and jacob!!! You guys took care of this mama's fear, thank you so much for dropping what you were doing to come and help us!! You guys are the best!!
My business in angleton lost power since last Monday. Everyone else around my store restored the power except us. We kept receiving the notification giving me a false estimate time 7 times! I called customer care 5 times and no one can provide any specific date and time! We ran into the linemen parking at our parking lot and he said we are on the bottom of the list and said it may take one more week to bring the energy back.
