There are new owners and they have completely changed the place. The team is rude and not nearly as friendly as the prior group. The new chairs don’t work and they don’t offer the same services they used to (e.g., neck massages, etc.).

Total waste of time. I called ahead to confirm they did powder dip, but when I arrived, they didn't have the supplies and tried to force Gel-X on me. They said they'd send someone out to get the supplies (sounded sketchy to me). After waiting more than 30 minutes just to start, the technician cut one of my nails way too short and uneven. When they finally tried to do the dip, the brush wasn't working properly (I think it was old), they didn't have a backup, and they tried pushing Gel-X again.
