Multiple customers have described paying for items or additional shipping and then having difficulty actually receiving what they paid for.
Very disappointing experience with TNJ Murray Worldwide Servic. The service was not what I expected, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was frustrating, and I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I expected much better customer service and professionals. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
I tried to place an order for delivery abroad. The amount was blocked for 6 days, but my order was never validated. I contacted them by email, but received evasive questions in response, ending with total silence. My funds were re-credited to my bank account. I would like to point out that I can no longer log in to my account, which was from 2019. This site should be forgotten forever.
