I started this journey with Paula in November of 2024. I have much more energy , the weight is dropping off, and I’m starting to feel like myself again. Paula is such a great coach, she makes sure that her clients are on the right track and she really cares about our gut health. I’m excited to see how everything turns out for me. When I walked through the doors of TNHeakth Solutions my gut health was a total mess. I knew I was in trouble but I didn’t realize that it was that bad. Paula worked with me and today my gut is in a much better place. I’m better but I still have some work to do. Thank you Paula for being such a great caregiver who cares about your clients.
