I've been using TNH as my first call to source parts for near 20 years. I've yet to ever have an issue with anyone there and the parts have always been above standard for recycled parts. I would recommend calling them before anywhere else.

A couple of weeks ago my father tried to return a defective engine that was sold to him and he was accused of trying to rip off the company by returning a different engine. He payed 650 dollars for this. They said there was supposed to be a warranty sticker on the side when there never was in the first place. And if there, it was not stated on the receipt. DO NOT COME HERE. Their customer service is non existent. Be aware. Do business elsewhere

This was the fastest and easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had! Our salesman Whitman was courtesy and went out of his way to help me and my wife. I will buy from this dealership in the future!

Total A Holes! I was looking for a ceratin part and i called there on multiple occasions. the first couple of times they were courteous. Then I called again about a different part. I talked to a guy who said he knew what the part looked like. He said his name was John and to call him back in 10 minutes. I did so, however another guy was on the phone and said noone named John works there. AAAAA-HOLES!!!!!!! Before i was even done telling this guy what i needed all he said was no and hung up. Someone needs to find a different occupation.

In the know These guy's really know what's going on.If they don't have a part they can usually tell you where to find it.Always my first pick when looking.

Very courteous and helpful Just called this place to look for an engine computer for my van... The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and friendly and extremely helpful. Even though they don't have the part I was looking for, he still was helpful to give me some pertinent information...Excellent customer service!!!

Guy on the phone was a jerk I called to check if they had a part in stock. The person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude.He acted as if I shouldn't have called in the first place.He did let me know that he didn't carry the part I wanted, so I guess that's worth a star.
