Carlos and the staff were great. They diagnosed the problem with my truck and repaired it on the same day. They charged a fair price and kept me informed. Highly recommend this shop for your diesel work. Thank you again TND!
Not happy at all. Was told to bring the van early Thursday morning and then never heard from anyone. Called on Saturday and was told to call back Monday. On Monday was told the parts were obsolete and they couldn't get them (it's a 2006 Chevy 2500 van) went to pick it up Monday evening and was charged for "diagnostic" we all knew it needed ball joints when we spoke on the phone prior to dropping it off. Sin dudas volveré nuevamente me dieron solución a mi problema rápido, Carlos estuvo al Pendiente todo el tiempo, y el Precio sin duda fue el mejor El servicio perfecto. Si necesitas arreglar tu carro o truck ven aquí y en verdad encontrarás un buen trato y atención !!!
Used them for multiple services. Always had to call and follow up to get them to even look at it. Always had to inspect and get invoices fixed. Never fixed the issues. Still not sure if the things they did needed to be done. Tried with them multiple times and at this point I'm never going back. You're just a number to them and will be charged hours for them to do at best work that leads to more issues. I've used another mechanic for my other 2 diesel trucks and have no issues. BEWARE
