I went in for a dip and manicure service. I was placed with a nail tech who was new. I was her first client at this salon. She was sweet, but my nails were terrible. She refused to do a manicure stating that my cuticles were fine. The colors did not go together, the dip was soft, my nails were lumpy and not placed straight. I ended up driving straight over to another nail salon to get them fixed. I had to have them removed completely. Still charged full amount even though I asked to come back later to have them fixed. TNC Nails is the best! Jimmy, Cici, Vivian & co. are so welcoming and do an amazing job! My dip manicure I have done by Cici routinely lasts for 4 weeks. Pedicures are so nice and relaxing too. Highly recommend!
