I worked for many years in banking and I truly appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness provided by Tracy at the Cedar Bluff branch. She does all that she can if you have a problem or issue and does so with such a positive attitude.
Disappointed in this bank and lack of help. We have ignored red flags from here in the past but after a phone call yesterday with the bank and their refusal to do something about fees that they control tells me this “hometown” bank really doesn't care about the customer. We will be moving our accounts and children’s accounts over to another local bank.
