Inclusive, inviting, reasonably priced, love the classes!
Literally the only place to work out in Ketchikan. Lots of equipment, enough to get whatever workout you need. Maybe a little too much equipment as it can be tight if there are more than a couple people there. It’s old, could use a solid cleaning, reupholster their benches, fresh coat of paint, and remove some redundant equipment. But it’s reminiscent of old school training, just get in and get a pump
