Jon and Sophie are phenomenal! They take excellent care of their clients and are an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best pool service around!
Not enough good things to say!! Our pool motor died after just 2 years and Jonathan came to the rescue. Personal, professional and very responsive. I think we have a better pump now than we did in our original install (I'm sure of it). He himself can service if we have issues in future, but it's quieter and very easy to use. He was able to address some additional plumbing pipe issues while onsite making the overall installation much tidier and less of an eye sore than with the original install. Wow...They replaced my pool lights, fixed my pool heater, and fixed my spa blower motor. I've dealt with other pool companies, but I've never had one as competent and professional as TN Pool Service & Repair. They explained everything to me in a manner I could understand, and their prices were very reasonable! Then, they showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would! It takes a lot to impress me, but these men did! Great job, and I highly recommend them!
It's quite refreshing finding a company that actually shows up when they say they're going to and then following through with a professional installation. Also, the crew is super nice....just real people!!!
Jonathan is very knowledgeable and helpful with my pool/equipment. He always shows up and sometimes can even works me to get the pool fixed quickly so the kids can get back to swimming.
