I called TN Plumbing Solutions at about 7:30AM and Robert and Connor arrived about 1PM and were very professional, efficient and courteous. After assessing the need to replace our water heater at 1:30PM they returned at 5PM (an hour earlier than promised!) and had hot water for us by 7:15PM. We are very happy with the new tankless unit and highly recommend TN Plumbing Solutions.
Christian was fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.
First - an actual person answered the phone and then quickly got me scheduled for my emergency issue Second - Robert arrived promptly, and quickly assessed the situation. He was knowledgeable and an absolute professional all-around! Third - Robert gave me great advice on caring for the old unit, and insight the inevitable future repairs. I found my new plumbing company and cam easily recommend them to anyone I know.
