Unprofessional! Called in addition to home improvement website invite to get a quote for interior painting. Never a return call. Tom sent a text to my cell two weeks later. I responded simply letting him know that I had to hire someone else due to a lack of a response. He responded with insults and expletives. Unfortunately, reviews from people who don't hire these companies aren't posted. Not someone I would want to give my business to. Please find screenshots of the exchange posted below...
Terrible experience. Hired to paint 2 ceilings, leaving visible roller marks and didn't completely paint one ceiling. When owner agreed to come back out to touch up the paint he never showed up. Have been trying for 4 months to get them to finish the job.
