My girlfriend and I went here to get a pedicure this past weekend and received the worst pedicure we’ve had. The whole thing lasted 20 minutes tops, there was no care put into the service, my girlfriend’s feet were left dirty, and she had the scrub and sticky residue all over her legs as we left. I was really disappointed with the gel pedicure I received. The sides and front edges of my nails were left unpainted, and there was polish left on the skin around my nails. The color I selected from the book didn’t match what was used, and even after I mentioned it, I was told it was correct—which it clearly wasn’t. The exfoliation was minimal, and the entire pedicure was rushed and finished in under 30 minutes. It felt more like a dollar store express version of a pedicure than a professional service.

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they really care about their clients. I will definitely be coming back!

I used to really like this place but my last visit has given me the ick. We had an appointment and when we arrived were asked to wait 15 minutes. I brought in my own gel polish and the tech immediately questioned whether it was actually gel or not (despite the bottle saying so); and brings over the color swatches for me to choose a new color.
