I came here expecting a pleasant service, but unfortunately, one of the employees (the lady in black) treated us in a very harsh and unfriendly manner. The way she looked at us and her overall attitude felt extremely disrespectful, and honestly, it made me feel like there was discrimination or racism involved. This was very hurtful and left me with a negative impression of the place
i’ve been coming here for years and always have had very pleasant staff and willing to work to get their product to your satisfaction
I just love this place
There are 3 nails salons in that area and this is the one with better reviews so I decided to give it a chance. I’ve been there 3 times and each time got worse. First time the manicure was sloppy. Second time, I was hurt with the machine. She noticed the blood and just sprayed my hand with alcohol. This last time I paid $50 for a gel manicure (including tip) only for it to last 6 days. During prep, Instead of soaking my nails to remove the previous color (powder), he filed my nail really thin. Just terrible.
This place is just amazing they do the best job and this is the only place i will be going now on. And i have little sisters and i have short nails and they still did AMAZINGGGG
