ontacted Tennessee Homebuyers regarding selling my inherited rental home while we still had tenants in the house. Sorry to say that I would not recommend this business to any friends. Started with very poor communication, delays, and dishonesty. When I finally spoke to the right person they did come clean about the situation and ultimately honored their commitment (and contractual obligation), but I feel that was mostly due to my tenacious effort. THEY DID ME SO DIRTY- Strung me along for 3 months, then right at closing time, they called it off at the last minute, citing the virus, and low interest rates. On their website, though,they brag about how they can still buy homes, despite vivid 19 restrictions. I had no reason to think they would do this.
