I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for my son. They booked me the same week! They were able to verify my insurance and I was able to complete the paperwork from my phone. By the time I got to the appointment with my son all I had to do was let them know we were there for his appointment. We waited a few minutes and my son really enjoyed the arcade game they had in the lobby. Once in they were quick and professional. We are so glad that we were sent here. They are all so sweet and nice. There rooms are spacious w which really helped my son relax. I would totally recommend TN Denistry. I just want to thank you for making my son feel comfortable.
If there was another dentist associated with Phoenix Children’s Hospital I would never come back here but unfortunately there is not. We have had good care here in the past but we live a little over an hour each way to this dentist so we did try and go to a different dentist for a little bit but we were not the biggest fan so we came back here. My son is 21 and non verbal autistic. We have had some not so great experiences with other dentists in the past, so we were hesitant at first but the staff here definitely changed our minds about dentists for special needs! They were all patient and kind, the lady that did his xrays was so great, she just worked with him so he was comfortable. It was a huge relief honestly, to have a dentist thay actually cares about the patients. Now we have a regular dentist! Thank you
I had the pleasure of choosing this practice for my two baby girls. They walked us through the process and didn't start until we were comfortable with everything that would be going on. Let me tell you, my girls had a ton of work to be done between the two. This was due to all the years of candy and neglect. But their practice didn't make us feel guilty or any of that.
