This office staff is friendly, sensitive to patients with special needs,and make sure the dental experience is comfortable,. Daniel at the front desk and Justin, the hygienist are both so friendly and helpful l.🙏🩵They help the appointment go smoothly and make sure patients are comfortable and at ease. It's all about patient comfort at this office! Highly recommend. For insurance issues,talk to Ismay(sp?) she knows her subject. Jess, not so much.
Any type of medical procedure for my son is usually extremely difficult and at times has even been traumatic. TN Dentistry is absolutely an amazing resource for the special needs community. My son did his X-rays AND his cleaning without needing to be sedated for the first time in his 21 years of living! The hygienist was simply amazing and so very kind. I can’t praise this office enough. ❤️
Friendly professional staff. Very compassionate and patient with special needs clients! My child has a lot of aversion to brushing, but they get his teeth throughly cleaned, polished, and examined. Would highly recommend. Update: Seeing some reviews here where there was no dental hygienists or descaleing. Pretty sure my child just had descaleing done by a dental hygienist!! 😊 So they've hired at least one.
Great experience for my cleaning. Justin was an amazing hygienist and the front desk was beyond helpful. They made everything quick and easy! The dentist was also very kind and personable. Definitely will return.
The assistant STAR is VERY PATIENT absolutely what I needed I asked way to many questions and she was so calm and kind and answered all of them very calm and kind!! Dr young was also very patient and caring u don’t see that a lot with dentists!! I REALLY APPRECIATE U GUYS MORE THEN U KNOW! Thank u
