I had an amazing experience here. They were extremely busy, but everyone was so kind and patient with me. I accidentally purchased the wrong parts, and instead of simply sending me away, the owner actually drove me to the store so I could return them and helped me make sure I purchased the correct parts. He went completely out of his way to help me, and I really appreciated his kindness. They installed everything and charged me a very fair price. I regret to change my review to a 1 star. I was happy at first that they had good prices, but the work they did on my brakes resulted in more problems, took it back to them and they worked on it again but same problems persisted. Later, ended up needing to pay thousands to another shop to fix their mistakes. When my car was rear ended, TN Auto did the body work. I can't decide whether to bring my car, Jet Ski, or sand rail here! I hope they can repair turbine helicopters 🚁 those are the toughest machines to find good techs with skills !! I would fly right on over !!!
