Lori is great! Both I and my son have been working with her to get back into fitness. She has a strong depth of knowledge coupled with a positive attitude and genuine drive to help people. Highly recommend!
This place is aimed at corrective exercise. I didn't expect the results I received, nor did I think any changes would happen on my first visit. But, I walked in using my walker, and in the same session literally walked out without using it. My confidence on my ability has grown significantly. I still am not using the walker. Lori is the absolute best! Never in my life have I ever been able to hold down a consistent exercise routine. I’ve just always hated working out.
