I saw this today and was surprised by the poor reviews. I guess it just validates that people tend to vocalize more when they’re unhappy. We have been going to TMS for probably 15 years for pretty much everything and I have never had a complaint with their service, honesty or performance. Mechanics are competent (√) and honest (??). Been going there for service for several years. Last week I brought my car in for oil change & a wheel bearing. Both were done fast and reasonably. When picked up, I noticed all the quarters missing from the change tray and rifling throughout the car - left all the nickels & dimes. When asked, they knew nothing about it. Now we have questions about TMS. Probably won't go back.

Too expensive... Charged $450.00 for a 93 F250 muffler and tail pipe. Less than $100 in parts, they made $350.00 for less than an hour of work. I don't know where else in Hudson is a good place to go for exhaust work, but I'd shy away from these guys if at all possible...

This place is anti amercan. Their sign next to their shop rips on USA all the time. I will never shop their again.

are. I called Tim-the owner of TMS in advance to see if he can do a simple weld for me. Tim said before he can give me a price quote he needs to examine the muffler and flange. He said bring it and I so I did. When I arrived there Tim was on the phone BS'ing to a guy about Hot Rods for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes he finally realized he had a customer waiting for him patiently; finally he hung up the phone. I explained to him my situation, I told that if it would cost $50 or more I'll buy a new muffler. He said 'ok' and ... read more
