The TMS technician are exceptionally friendly and professional. However, the doctor was not as involved as I would have expected, nor was the experience with the doctor pleasant which made me feel uncomfortable. My outcome was not good, and when I expressed that I felt worse I was just given another medication with little to no questions or follow up regarding treatment.
