I wish I could give them zero stars but here it goes. They are very responsive when they need money but once the events start they will disappear. I had an event at their location on 3/14/26.. we went over decor.. told them black and silver. I get to the location and they have gold and black and said that gold made everything pop. No cares for what I requested. They claim they made a “mistake” when asking for final billing and only added for food and not tables and therefore needed more money.
