I have no issues with my Doctor or the therapist I have used through TMS, but the staff that handles the calls is horrible. More than once a medication wasn’t called in to my pharmacy, and I was told that not only will I have to wait until my next appointment but that they wouldn’t even send my psychiatrist a message to let him know because it’s against policy. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who has struggled with depression and anxiety. Dr. Botkiss and his staff are both professional and compassionate. After many stays at the hospital and other intense treatments this was the one that turned my life around.
We came to Dr. Botkiss’s office for TMS treatment for his severe depression. Maribel & Dr. Botkiss were wonderful and the treatment was incredibly effective in relieving his depression More so than any of the medication we have tried and with absolutely no negative side effects.
