This place used to be awful. The hoops to jump through to get milage reimbursement were ridiculous, and the customer service people were not particularly helpful. The turnaround time for the reimbursement was awful to. They have now switched their ways of processing reimbursement and scheduling trips and it in MUCH better. The representatives are so much more helpful and nice to work with. You no longer have to turn in paper milage sheets to be reimbursed as their verification is now directly with the doctors. The rude, immature, impatient, nasty people who answer the phones are students at the over-priced college - American Institute of Business (AIB). No matter what they do none of them are ever punished. These wicked people have brought me to tears more than once. This is all the fault of the well-known imbecile Terry Branstad. He is a disgrace to the elderly/disabled in Iowa and the human race. Any Iowan who voted for this clod should be ashamed.

The people who work here are VERY RUDE and unprofessional. For the first 3 weeks they were very helpful, they stayed true to the schedule and made sure we were never late. My niece and nephew are disabled and have many therapy appointments through out the week. On Monday alone they have 3 appointments. After helping us for 3 weeks I got a phone call from TMS saying they will no longer help us for our third appointment on Monday. 8:30, 2:15 and 4:45 are the appointment times.
