I had a brand new system installed inside and out in June because the ac went out. Come November when the weather got cold out we turned on the heat and it was blowing cold air so I called them to come troubleshoot the system. They said my old thermostat was not compatible with the new system and they would sell me two basic thermostats and not charge for the install.
