Brittany is the best therapist I've ever had! She truly cares about you and listens to you. Has a lot of patience and knowledge. So glad to have found her!
I have really appreciated the kind thoughtfulness of the therapists at this practice. I've had some reservations regarding communication and transparency with the billing department. They are trying to work with me to clarify what's going on but it took several months to get to this point. The main phone number and the billing phone number often go straight to voicemail even during regular working hour.
They don't treat you as a person or as a patient. To them, you're just another "case". They are supposed to be a business to help people with mental difficulties, yet they use that against their patients/clients to gaslight them it seems. Just look at how they respond to other reviews! They are not interested in resolving anything, they just get defensive or even attack the frustrated patient/client.
