Jake and his team responded quickly and professionally to our urgent request for assistance to install a unit in our custom cool room built to house a full beast on a spit for our wedding next weekend. With absolutely no notice, Jake listened to our needs and not only came up with an immediate solution but one that we can also adapt to our future permanent cool room.
