We purchased a hvac system maintenance contract with TML. We paid the monthly payment for years. When we needed service and part replacements, after the work was completed (after many unsuccessful visits), we were advised by TML that the costs were not covered by our contract because it covered only the air purification/humidifier unit that they sold us as an add-on (during a service visit).
