Shout out and thank you to Kenneth Sinclair, the tech we were fortunate enough to get twice. He is an excellent diagnostician, explained the issues and options to us concerning our system, and did a complimentary cleaning while he was here. He was so professional, very knowledgeable, great communicator, and thorough—yet kind, personable, and he seemed to genuinely care that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. Kenneth earned TML an A+++.
Wish I could remember the technicians name that did our seasonal service. He was punctual, thorough, friendly, and did what he said was going to be done. Very pleased with your service.
Kyler worked quickly and efficiently, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Along with this he arrived on time, was very polite and respectful of my home.
Kenneth came out to help us solve an issue with our AC that pointed to a coolant leak. He found the issue and fixed it, tested it, and answered all of our questions. He worked hard all day to make sure we would have our system back in 100% service.
