As a tenant, stay away from this company. Biggest crooks. I bet owners of the property love this company as they save them money, but as a tenant this company will not only make you responsible for every repair in the house but also be prepared to be in the house without working AC for days while they ask you to take pictures or things that you don’t even understand. They are very kind, and take good care of everything for me, so I never have to be concerned. I have known TMKenny Property Services for 5 years now and live outside the country, so trust in a property manager is very important to me.
The TMKenny Property Services staff is courteous, patient, and professional. I told them what I needed as a homeowner, and they exceeded my expectations. Our tenants and repairs are always taken care of, and they always notify me when something needs to be fixed. They take care of everything, and I don't have to worry about it.
