I've owned a condo in the same building as ************ since April 2021. Within my first few months of moving into my new condo, we were hit with a special assessment and an HOA fee increase. While I was upset about this, TMK was very transparent as to why the assessment and fees were put into place. April 2022: TMK assists our building with administrative duties, legal items, creating policies, maintenance and site management. Additionally, they manage monthly financial package statements, obtaining quotes and hiring vendors, vendor payment, scheduling board meetings, etc. They respond to homeowner inquiries promptly and in a timely manner.
I own a condo on *********************** that TMK Property Management & Consulting, LLC managed from 2020 The worst management company I ever had to deal with in ** and that says a lot considering management companies are usually not great. Truly grateful for the opportunity to work here and assist with this community’s financial recovery. 20+ years of self management with a board uneducated in condo operations left them on the verge of bankruptcy and receivership by the state. They’ll be in recovery for a long time but finally in the black with work getting done.
