My wife has been battling sleep apnea (read: loud snoring/abnormal breathing) for a long time. She finally went to the doctor, and was sent to TMJ/ Sleep Apnea help Center for a night of monitored sleep. She came home rested, and full of information about her condition. Not just numbers, but a thoughtful analysis on how she could get better. Since then, she has received a sleep machine (which shockingly makes no noise) and excellent care. I am so thrilled that she now gets genuine rest.
