Welcome to the office of Drs Gary Adams and Viet Le. We integrate orthodontic expansion appliances, chiropractic services, breathing exercises and myofunctional or tongue correction therapy. Some of our patients are adults with TMJ who clench their teeth, and have sleep apnea. Others are kids with crooked teeth, tied tongues, bad posture and mouth breathing habits. We are located in Vienna Virginia near Tysons Corner and just outside of Washington DC.

Dr. Adams has been my dentist for over 13 years. Dr. Adams is, by far, the most intelligent, skilled and progressive dentist I have ever known. Dr. Adams has always been so talented with various complex dental issues. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and would not been seen by another dentist!! Dr. Adams is the best!!!

We have had a great experience with Dr Adams and the entire staff! They go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment and experience- especially for my son (5yo) who is very nervous about people looking in his mouth (I had myself and both kids evaluated and treated here). The office space itself is very nice, but the people are even better. Very knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough, patient, and I could not recommend them enough.
Dr. Gary and his staff are amazing ! I had two root canals pulled out due to infection that my regular dentist did not find and Dr. Gary after pulling out my root canals and cleaned out all that mold and bacteria on my gums after a month healing I could notice a huge difference in my energy level especially since I’m a fitness trainer and I felt so much better working out and not feeling fatigued which I was told it was because of menopause which actually it wasn’t it was due to infection in my gums . I highly recommend Dr. Adams and his team. I initially sought help to address the root cause of my teeth grinding/chipping after one dentist suggested Invisalign and another recommended MSE. I was looking for a more holistic approach, which led me to Dr. Adams and the Homeoblock appliance.
