RecommendedDr Coats is helping my daughter with bite correction and the results are amazing already! She is not only making her teeth straight and pretty but she is also helping her jaw joint to be in the correct place and her facial features to be symmetrical. As of today, this is the 2nd time my crown as come out. I was just there not even 2 weeks ago to get replaced, only to wait nearly an hour for the Dr. to come and re-cement it. And on top of that I paid a fee and got what I felt was an insincere apology! I do not feel their bedside manner has been genuine and it's been nothing but telling me the millions of things I've had wrong with my mouth since day one. I WILL not be going back here. It has been nothing but a hassle since I started coming here over a year ago!!!

Cleaning done by hygienist, was thorough procedure, but was painful for several days. Price quoted ahead of time was increased by +$100. I was "given" a electric toothbrush "system" on the way out. Later to learn I was charged for it, without any prior notification or prior OK from me. I was told the return visit within 6 weeks) would be free; but on the way out was told it would be an add'l $100+. I am currently at my first appointment with Grapevine Dental Care. So far I impressed by the location, people and technology that goes into every step of their process. If you don't currently have a dentist or are looking for a new one I would recommend checking them out.
