I made an appointment with Dr. Krakow and ended up needing to go out of town and was unable to make that appointment but did cancel online but the receptionist called the clinic I sometimes work at asking for me and telling the person they talked to what I was scheduled for and told them that I would never be able yo be seen again and I am sorry but to me that is a breach of HIPPA and very disrespectful.
