Unprofessional. Dr. Karkow office bills your insurance incorrectly. Solving their billing error takes years. Go elsewhere for services.
Dr Karkow has treated me for years for my TMJ. She really listens to my concerns! While adjusting to my new splint in the first year, I liked that I was scheduled to see her more often than 6 months, as I needed more care during that first year. She also saw me an extra time after receiving tonsil surgery to make sure the swelling didn’t impact my TMJ splint (it did, so I was so glad to see her!) Also the office and nursing/MA staff is fantastic!
