I had a disappointing experience with this doctor's office regarding billing. I was quoted $1,000 for the service, and based on that information I agreed to move forward with the treatment. However, after the procedure was completed, I was billed over $2,000. The final cost came as an unexpected surprise. Clear communication about pricing is very important when making healthcare decisions, and unfortunately that was not my experience in this situation.
