I called (obviously because I needed an appointment) and they didn’t pick up. Then they called me back, I explained that I was calling a couple of oral surgical practices and was asking for their name (since I obviously don’t save the numbers of every place I call), and he kept saying “yeah… what do you need?” in a rude tone. I would honestly give this doctor a zero if I could. I called and no one answered. He called back saying he missed a call, called ID said TMJ PAIN CENTER and I must say, he was extremely rude. I understand he may have an opinion on certain insurance companies, but I cannot help the insurance my job offers. So to telling me repeatedly my insurance is just bad before even offering to help is rude and extremely ignorant.
