On April 8, I was diagnosed with Afib after my resting pulse went from 50s and 60s, to 80s, 90s, and as high as 114! Concerned that I may have sleep apnea, and confirmed after a sleep study was conducted by TMJ Expert, I began wearing an oral device from Dr. Simon on May 18th. Remarkably, since May 28th my resting pulse rate has consistently measured below 70, with no further indication of Afib, yet to be confirmed by my cardiologist in two weeks.
