I have been calling this office several times to schedule an appointment as a new patient but could never get a hold of anyone as they never answer there phone.

I started taking my 8 year old here last year. This office is a gem. There are not a lot of dentist / orthos who prioritize the patient. Dr. Griffith always checks in with my son to make sure he is comfortable and we are not doing too much at one time. She is wonderful and very personable. Michael runs the front office and is always on point when I need anything, he’s pretty funny too! DC who works in the back is also a gem. She is kind and caring.

Very through workup of the airway and bite issues. Dr. Griffith went out of her way to explain all the details and scans, as well as the current and possible future issues that we would have to deal due to the bite. I am very hopeful as for the treatment approach and the things that hopefully will improve in the future.

I called this place so many times left so many voice-mail and messages on website? Is this normal? I left last voice-mail today saying I just wanna talk to someone that's all. If it wasn't for insurance I wouldn't waste anymore time and energy. I'm in so much pain and TMJ gotten bad aftet 2nd surgery and grinding too. Has people experienced this here?
