Updating my review: My paperwork and records were eventually provided, so that part has been resolved. However, the way I was treated throughout the process was disappointing. I paid a significant amount out of pocket and simply wanted to continue my care elsewhere. I have been routinely disappointed by the service here. While I respect the wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding TMJ related issues here, I feel there is consistently little to no empathy or effort from the doctor to genuinely understand my concerns and needs as a unique patient with unique needs. While on a 3 month treatment plan for lower jaw pain I was given day and night mouth guards to wear while sleeping and during the day to control clenching and pain.
