I don’t know how I would have survived without the care and treatments I received from this office and both Drs. Mulder. My TMJ issues were so severe and in addition to muscular jaw pain include vertigo and trigeminal nerve pain. Although the treatment is costly, they do offer financing. My insurance did cover some of the costs, but they no longer do the billing. I now have to submit to insurance myself. Updating this review now that my treatment has been completed! I honestly have never had such a great experience with an office. Everyone became a friend here and I felt that the entire staff was invested in my health. I’m more sad that I don’t have to come in anymore than happy to be done! They worked magic on my jaw. I went from unable to eat food with severe jaw pain from placing any pressure on the joint to being able to eat anything I want, talk, and move my mouth. From the first visit and throughout treatment the staff was always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The sleep apnea appliance gives me snore free sleep and I wake up feeling very rested. Thank you Dr Mulder and your staff for the help.
In the most severe pain of my life, unable to chew to eat anything, I was sold on the idea that this practice was the only TMJ treatment in this section of the country. In my desperation I went $6500 into debt for them. They claimed insurance companies often won’t pay for TMJ treatment, but assured me they would help me by billing my insurance after I paid them.
