Now this have been my kids doctor since they’ve been born, and I have five of them, they always took care of my kids and still is I love it everybody know me and I know them always nice never disappointed always help me. With what I need and I will never change my kids doctors even though I live and Tallahassee It will still be there doctors office. Because this is my hometown ❤️❤️❤️🤞🏾
No help at all, have been trying to make an appointment to establish my daughter even did the application but they don't listen to you just redirect you to a phone line that keeps ringing untill it hangs up. Called back after it hung up and I guess they already knew the number because they picked up the phone and redirected me back to that line, couldn't even leave a message just hangs up. If you don't want to do your job do everyone a favor and just stay home. So frustrating..
Love my Dr . Staff after appointment is inept! Orders ignored and script sent anywhere they see a pharmacy name that you have used . Doesnt send visit notes even when asked to. Must make multiple phone calls to check that staff followed thru w drs orders .
Dr. Kreamer is always so attentive, professional and personable with my mother's care. Her nurse Mrs. Brenda is just as exceptional with explaining any previous or current visit's questions. I won't leave out the front staff is too tier with every visit ensuring she's signed in and verified all information correctly. I greatly appreciate Quincy's TMH Physician Center. I look forward to greater things from them to promote a healthier Gadsden county community.
