All of the doctors and staff that I have been involved with for over 10 years have been exceptional. I have a complaint that I have just become aware of. On July 1st I will not be able to get blood work done at the lab in this facility from a another doctor, even if it is a doctor affiliated with TMH. Do you know how hard this is going to be when I have several ailments and several doctors requisitions for blood work every 90 days? This makes it very hard on me, since I am used to getting this done at my Primary Care office.
Was very unsatisfied with today visit for my baby. Left the office feeling confused as to why the doctor was trying to hide my baby lab results from me and the nurse said she had them . Felt like the doctor was trying to hide information about my child that I am entitled to know about my sick baby. Don’t understand why she was over-talking the nurse trying get her to shut up and why would she have to call me when I was physically present .
