Let me start by saying the nurse is absolutely wonderful and I have no issue with her. I would have said the same for Dr. Boyd if it hadn't been for my last experience. This started roughly 4 months ago, I had made an appointment for anxiety medication and to discuss a procedure I was going to need once I got insurance. When I asked for anxiety medication I had mentioned one that a friend of mine takes as needed, which is ativan. Apparently this was a mistake. The doctors here are wonderful. They get 5 stars. The front desk women are so rude. I dread having to call for anything. The doctors are worth it to see. But be warned, the front desk women will ruin your day for no reason. I'm assuming they are miserable and don't like their own lives so take it out on customers that pay the rude women's bills.
I love my Doctor's office (TMH Partners primary care of Monticello), My Doctor (Wesley Scoles) My nurse (Charlene Hines) Front office staff, and The appointment Scheduler takes great care of me. THANK YOU ALL❤️
