I am a patient there and I'm sick. Left work early so that I could be seen at their walk in clinic. They close at 5 pm. I got there at 4:10 pm. They told me they were at capacity and couldn't see me. There was no one in the lobby waiting. Not happy.
This place is horrible, my Wife and I took off early today and arrived at appx. 4:10 pm, they close at 5:00pm. As she walked in they informed her they were at capacity, although there was no one in the lobby. There were three employees doing nothing, I am sure they were just wanting to jet out the door at 5, not caring about a sick patient. I will share this on social media as well! Lazy and sorry employees!
Staff was kind and the walk in process was efficient. However, I was very put off that our NP didn't actually see us. She used some other (student?) NP as a go-between. It appeared that treatment was decided before even seeing my daughter, because when I had questions about the choices, the person who saw us had to go and discuss it with the NP apparently in charge (whose name is on the prescription). It seems wrong to prescribe medication based on a game of telephone, and I'm not sure why my daughter wasn't important enough... read more
Nothing will convince me that this is a professional place. I came for one, first visit as a new patient. My insurance pays for one visit per year, so it was supposed to be on insurance. Almost a year later I receive a bill from TMH for ridiculous ~$300 for 1 stupid visit where I basically met the doctor. Mind you, after the visit they told me that I am good and do not pay anything because it's on the insurance.
