Office does not return calls promptly; I have been without my Rx for 6 weeks and was told I had to have bloodwork done before refilling my Rx. Terrible communication, zero accountability. Its always ‘I don’t know who you talked to…’ I’m super frustrated and will have to change physicians and drive 30 minutes away.
Every person I came in contact with was extremely professional and courteous. I HATE going to the doctor but if you have to, this is a great place!
Dr. Bartley and her staff are knowledgeable and caring. They take time to treat patients with compassion and understanding.
