Every time we set up a doctor's appointment it's always a nurse practitioner never the doctor. Call to check on my mother's prescriptions and got one smart mouth nurse that procedure to tell me that my home health care nurse didn't know a damn thing about the medications my mother was on undoubtedly. Definitely going to be changing my mother's doctors won't be going back here...
Office does not return calls promptly; I have been without my Rx for 6 weeks and was told I had to have bloodwork done before refilling my Rx. Terrible communication, zero accountability. Its always ‘I don’t know who you talked to…’ I’m super frustrated and will have to change physicians and drive 30 minutes away.
Every person I came in contact with was extremely professional and courteous. I HATE going to the doctor but if you have to, this is a great place!
