Whoever (Lisa Gray member service specialists is she is very rude).It take zero energy to be nice...It takes more energy to be rude and nasty... I was considering opening up an account here... I must go else where....Customer service plays a vital role in many people lives.... everyone does not need to be in Customer service. WOW
